Q. What is the
source of Protein in your products?
A. We personally believe
it is important to consume a variety of
different proteins in the diet and each of our
products contain different sources of protein
such as milk protein, soy protein, egg protein
and vegetable pea protein to name a few. We also
have products with L-glutamine.
Q. Is soy
protein bad for men and does it reduce
testosterone levels?
A. No. There is no
substantiated clinical evidence indicating that
testosterone levels are greatly affected by the
consumption of soy protein.
Q. What are BCAA's?
A.
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) are said to
be the most important amino acids responsible
for protein synthesis. They consist of: Leucine,
Valine, and Isoleucine. They are essential which
means they cannot be produced by the body and
therefore must be provided by food or
supplements.
Q. What does 'GMO' mean?
A.
GMO stands for 'genetically modified organisms'
which means that a food product has been altered
in some way at the genetic level. There has not
been enough studies to evaluate the long term
effects on human health and after doing our own
research we believe that food should be in it's
most natural state and should not be altered in
any way. Some scientists, consumers, farmers,
and environmentalists are outraged by the
growing number of GMO in our food supply and
feel that it is the cause of many diseases and
environmental issues. This is why we proudly
acknowledge that our products are 'non-GMO' or
'GMO-free'.
